Customs & Duty Charges

 

Orders delivered to USA and Hong Kong will not have customs and duty charges. All international shipping orders will be shipped from these 2 locations (i.e. USA and Hong Kong).

Some orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Simposh cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Simposh will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

 

We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

 

Wrong address

 

We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information. Any reprocessed order will be charged an additional fee of USD 30.00 in case of incorrect shipping information provided or those fees will be deducted from the refund if the order is canceled.

USA - UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail (Delivery time around 2-5 working days)

 

Hong Kong, Taiwan, China - SF Express (Delivery time around 2-5 working days)

 

Other countries - DHL eCommerce service (Delivery time around 5-14 working days)

 

We reserve the right to vary shipping methods to certain destinations should it be considered more appropriate and to alter the shipping method from that stated on your order should we deem it necessary.

The delivery time frames are for reference only. There is no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times can vary based on the shipping location, weather conditions, customs inspection, force majeure, etc.

USA orders will be shipped by UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail (shipment tracking available for these methods) and should be received within 2-5 business days.

 

China, Hong Kong and Taiwan will be shipped by SF Express, which is a trackable courier service, and should be received within 2-5 business days.

 

Other selected countries will be shipped by DHL eCommerce service, which is a trackable courier service, and should be received within 5-14 business days.
